- Customize your units (e.g., lbs, miles, calories, glasses, cigs, inches)
- Input time, units, or yes/no responses
- Customize the color of your graph (Pro Version)
- Create printable documents (Pro Version)
- Activate a timer (when using Time Input)
- Use decimals for precise input
- View your progress on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis
- Set your target goal
- Attach images to your dates
- Adjust the start date of your graph
- Access and edit a comprehensive list of all your entries
- Modify the step value used by the plus/minus buttons
